We are looking for a L&D; Specialist to drive structured learning and capability development across the organization. This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing training programs that directly impact business performance, employee productivity, and long-term growth.
A key aspect of this role is to establish a competency-driven training system that identifies required skills for each role, evaluates current employee capabilities, and ensures measurable proof of competency development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training calendars aligned with business goals
- Design and implement a competency framework defining role-wise skill and capability requirements
- Assess current employee competencies and identify skill gaps across teams
- Build systems and processes to track, validate, and document competency levels with measurable evidence
- Identify training requirements based on competency gaps and business priorities
- Plan and execute end-to-end training programs,
including onboarding, workshops, and external sessions
- Manage training operations including records, compliance, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs, analytics, assessments, and feedback mechanisms
- Administer and continuously improve Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives
- Drive up-to-date learning practices such as microlearning, blended learning, and AI-enabled tools
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training interventions are aligned with performance and appraisal systems

- What competencies each employee currently possesses
- Verified evidence supporting competency levels
- Identification of training needs and development plans
