Role Summary
We are seeking a robust
Senior Manager – EPM Delivery Lead
to lead large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) programs and serve as the primary delivery owner for business stakeholders, leadership teams, and implementation partners. The ideal candidate will be a proven delivery leader with exceptional stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and program governance skills. Experience with

, or related enterprise platforms is preferred but not mandatory. The primary focus is on delivery leadership, execution excellence, and business partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM programs, ensuring commitments are met on scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, and business leadership teams to understand priorities and drive successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Drive program governance, issue resolution, dependency management,
and risk mitigation.
- Provide weekly executive status reporting, including delivery progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Establish strong accountability across business, vendor, and engineering teams.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level discussions.
- Ensure delivery processes, testing, release management, and change management practices are effectively executed.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Ability to challenge and influence business and vendor teams when needed.
- Excellent program management, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
