Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Pandhurna. The Architect will develop design concepts, prepare drawings, and produce detailed architectural plans for projects of varying scales. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with zoning, building codes, and sustainability guidelines,



and participating in site visits and construction supervision. The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, resolving design and technical issues, and supporting project documentation from initial design through completion. The Architect will contribute to design reviews, maintain project timelines, and help ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing design and execution phases.
- Familiarity with Integration between architectural design and related disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors), ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
