As a Customer Support Specialist at Norlox Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution through phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot basic technical and service-related problems, document cases in the ticketing system, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.



The role includes monitoring customer feedback, following up on open issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism. You will also assist in creating FAQs or knowledge base updates, and provide transparent feedback to relevant teams about recurring issues and customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
