We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The candidate will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, indexes, and queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.




- Use Git for source-code management and follow established development practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on MERN-stack development experience.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ concepts.
- Good knowledge of React.js, Hooks, Context API, Redux or Redux Toolkit.
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Practical experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI frameworks.
- Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, API security, and application security practices.
- Familiarity with Git, npm, Postman, and debugging tools.
- Understanding of application deployment and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, D
