Experience: 03 to 04 years Proven experience in Sales, business development, or relat
ed roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Admissions Department.
- Should be responsible for achieving the set target of student admission for the year for various programs offered by the institute.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for admissions like consultants, and other sources for lead generations.
- Should be able to plan out strategies for meeting the targets and must be a go-getter.
- Finding out new sources for student leads and conducting meetings with them.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates for the Working Professionals Program.




- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to increase program visibility and attract prospective students.
- Manage the admissions process from application review to final selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.
- Conduct information sessions, webinars, and outreach events to provide prospective students with insights into the program offerings, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance, support, and information throughout the admissions process.
- Coordinate with faculty, admissions committee members, and other stakeholders to review applications and make admission decisions.
- Monitor admissions trends, analyse data, and generate reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Solid understanding of the needs and motivations of working professionals seeking further education and career advancement opportunities.
