Role Overview

We are looking for someone to own end-to-end marketing execution at Windy Street and act as the bridge between the AVP of Marketing and the marketing team. This is a half people management - leading and coaching a team of three (design social, web/ops, and visuals/video) - and half individual-contributor work, where youll dig into data yourself to shape new marketing strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market plays. Youll bring hands-on B2B marketing experience, a solid lead generation orientation, and comfort in operating in a fast moving, resource-lean environment where youre building as much as youre managing
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team, translating the AVPs strategic priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and quality standards for the team to execute against.
- Act as the day-to-day bridge between the AVP of Marketing and the team: unblock execution issues, review work-in-progress,



and ensure campaigns stay on track without needing the AVP in every detail.
- Run regular check-ins and reviews with each team member, give direct and constructive feedback, and help the team grow their craft, while flagging performance or capability gaps to the AVP early.
- Own project and campaign timelines end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional handoffs (content, design, web, video) happen smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Use data- website analytics, campaign performance, funnel metrics, CRM/lead data- to identify whats working, what isnt, and where the next opportunity for growth sits.
- Design and drive go-to-market strategies for new service lines, campaigns, or offerings, from positioning and messaging through to channel selection and launch execution.
- Build and optimise lead generation programs across owned, earned, and paid channels (LinkedIn organic and paid, email/cold outreach, webinars, SEO-driven content) tailore
