As the agency continues to grow, we are looking for a detail oriented and dependable Senior Finance Manager to manage day to day finance operations while ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and process efficiency.

Job Summary

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's accounting operations, GST compliance, payroll processing, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, vendor management, and coordination with external consultants. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and hands on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Tally ERP/TallyPrime, and statutory compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities





Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day to day accounting operations using Zoho Books and Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, contra, and journal entries accurately.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely accounting of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain complete financial records and supporting documentation.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and customer collections.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable ageing.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Resolve customer and vendor account discrepancies.

GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare, verify, and manage monthly and annual GST filings.
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and ensure timely statutory compliance.
