We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business development and sales for our CAD Engineering Services. The ideal candidate will have experience selling engineering design and drafting services to clients across industries such as Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Construction, and Consumer Products.The candidate should have a strong understanding of engineering drawings, CAD services, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities for CAD Engineering Services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and client referrals.
- Sell engineering design and drafting services including:
- 2D Drafting
- 3D CAD Modeling
- Engineering Drawings
- Mechanical Design Support
- Product Design Services
- Reverse Engineering
- CAD Conversion Services
- As-Built Drawings
- Manufacturing Drawings




- Understand customer engineering requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Conduct client presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and service agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, engineering companies, and manufacturing organizations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Required Skills
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in Engineering Services or CAD Services.
- Proven experience selling engineering drafting or CAD design services.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and CAD workflows.
