About the Role

We're looking for a
Video Editor – Performance Marketing
who knows how to create videos that don't just look good — they
convert
. You'll edit high-performing ad creatives across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms, with a relentless focus on driving engagement, clicks, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-converting videos
— build performance marketing creatives for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create diverse ad formats
— engaging ad creatives, product videos, UGC edits, motion graphics, and short-form content.
- Fuel A/B testing
— develop multiple creative variations to test and scale winners.
- Own the hook & pacing
— craft compelling hooks, pacing, and storytelling to maximize watch time and conversions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally
— work with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, and media-buying teams.
- Repurpose smartly
— turn long-form content into high-performing short-form assets.
- Stay ahead of trends
— keep up with social media trends, editing styles, and platform b
