Financial Assist management in financial decision making by analyzing budgets and providing variance reports, MIS Reports, formats and distribution preferences (F&A;, Plan v/s Actual, raw material variance, business plan, sales performance) using sophisticated business intelligence tools Report major employee lifecycle events and functions across HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Surveys & Turnover within the region Design, drive and monitor Incentive program followed by Incentives payouts and preparation of incentive calculation sheets for all the unit employees in the region Assist in driving various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the region Conduct cost benefit analysis for all new assignments including new projects feasibility studies Periodical reconciliation between cost accounts and financial accounts Channelizing of the enterprise resources to most optimum,



productive and profitable areas Ensure that accurate costing and monitoring is done for all projects within the region Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization 2. Customer Liaise with Regional MIS Heads to ensure effective data capture at the grassroot level in order to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of the key findings to the HR Head Ensure that DCBL is approximately represented in front of any government/regulatory bodies or external institution requiring companys representation Resolving queries of Internal and External auditors by proper support, documentation, cost accounting, Budgeting and MIS 3.
