Assistant Project Manager - Manufacturing Domain

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling:
- Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress against project baselines and report any potential schedule delays.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractors to align on project phases.

Quality & Safety Compliance:
- Conduct regular site safety inspections to ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Enforce quality control measures for heavy equipment installation, structural steel/PEB works, and industrial flooring.
- Ensure all construction activities align with approved drawings, statutory compliances, and specifications.

Budget & Resource Management:
- Review contractor invoices, track project expenditures,



and assist in preparing monthly progress reports.
- Manage procurement tracking, ensuring materials and machinery arrive at the site on schedule.
- Assist with establishing site labor requirements and monitoring site productivity.

Communication & Documentation:
- Maintain project documentation including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and daily site logs.
- Facilitate progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams, taking accurate minutes and action items.
- Manage project handover processes, compiling test certificates, as-built drawings, and equipment manuals.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
