Primero Hospitalities LLP is looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman cum Interior Designer to join our Projects team and play a key role in bringing some of Bengaluru's most exciting restaurant and hospitality concepts to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare architectural, interior and detailed working drawings.
- Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings with precision.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
- Collaborate closely with MEP, HVAC and commercial kitchen consultants.
- Prepare BOQs, verify site measurements and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate material selections, approvals and execution activities.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or hospitality interior projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other interior design software
Experience in BOQ preparation, measurement verification and site coordination
Strong communication and project management skills
Willingness to travel across project locations in Karnataka
