Role Description
The Associate Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of interns and junior team members in their daily tasks and learning activities. The Associate Team Lead will coordinate schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure project goals and learning outcomes are met. They will collaborate with senior leadership to implement training plans, track performance, and address any issues or roadblocks faced by the team.



The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, preparing reports on team performance, and contributing ideas to enhance processes, programs, and overall learner experience.
