We are looking for a Lead AI Architect with solid hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. This role requires an experienced technical leader who can architect, build, and deploy production AI platforms while mentoring engineering teams and engaging with clients.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex business problems using LLMs, Agentic AI, Enterprise RAG, Azure AI, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.

Role & responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
- Design Enterprise RAG architectures using vector databases and semantic search.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
- Design scalable AI platforms using Azure AI services and Kubernetes.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and provide architecture guidance.




- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture/code reviews.
- Drive production deployment, monitoring, governance, and AI best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Generative AI / LLM experience.
- Strong expertise in LangGraph and LangChain.
- Experience building Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Agents.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Solid Python programming skills.
- FastAPI / Microservices.
- Docker, Kubernetes / AKS.
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgVector, Milvus, Qdrant, etc.).
- Production deployment and AI observability.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on Individual Contributor with architecture experience.
- Able to explain end-to-end AI solution architect
