Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Brand Marketing Manager – Retail Training
to drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and enrolment growth for company's retail training business.

The ideal candidate will own the complete marketing lifecycle—from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and enrolment—across digital channels, CRM platforms, content marketing, webinars, events, partnerships, and community initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, analytical skills, and experience leading high-impact marketing programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in B2C Marketing, preferably in products, services, training, or education businesses.
- 3+ years of experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Certification, or related sectors.
- Proven success in demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of:




- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- SMS Campaigns
- Social Media Marketing
- Webinar & Community Marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as:
- LeadSquared
- Meritto
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
- Similar platforms
- Experience in lead nurturing, segmentation, drip campaigns, and funnel optimization.
- Valuable understanding of website management, landing page optimization, customer journeys, and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using:
- Google Analytics
- Looker Studio
- Marketing Dashboards
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and end-to-end marketing programs.

Good-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads

- Experience in cloud training, technology training, certification, or skilling businesses.
