Role Description
The GTM Operator Intern will support go-to-market activities across marketing, sales, and customer success for Heylee’s AI products. This internship role is on-site in Pune Division and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to assist in campaign execution, sales operations,



and performance tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities may include maintaining GTM dashboards, preparing sales and marketing collateral, supporting outreach workflows, documenting processes, and analyzing data on customer conversations and pipeline health. The intern will help coordinate launches, gather feedback from stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of GTM strategies and workflows.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in go-to-market operations, including marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
- Ability to work with data: basic skills in spreadsheets, data analysis, and creating structured reports or dashboards.
- Solid communication skills for documenting workflows, preparing presentations, and collaborating with diverse teams.
