Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify current business opportunities by prospecting for leads and converting them into paying clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting outbound sales quotas.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone calls.
- Proficiency in outbound process and ability to handle rejection professionally.
