Role & responsibilities
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors for smooth site execution.
- Monitor project progress as per approved drawings and layouts.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), and final site measurements.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and building management.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, and drawings.
- Submit daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Control project costs through vendor negotiations and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at project sites.
- Handle multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out/Commercial Construction Projects.
- Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, and Foundation works.
- AutoCAD proficiency (reading and interpreting drawings).
- Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
- Good communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and project management skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out/Construction.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible schedule when required.
