We're looking for a creative Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention to help us produce engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with smooth pacing and engaging storytelling.
- Create promotional videos, advertisements, client testimonials, and event highlights.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and B-roll.
- Perform color correction and basic audio enhancement.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips.




- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure videos align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and platform best practices.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of qualified video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and viewer retention.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and typography.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience editing business, educational, or personal branding content.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and YouTube content formats.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
