Role Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Rionex Tech’s technology and digital services. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting solutions across mobile, web, cloud, AI, game development, and digital marketing services, and preparing proposals, bids, and presentations. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and creative teams to shape client offerings, negotiating contracts, tracking sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent the company at industry events and online forums, gather market intelligence, and contribute to strategic planning for growth.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in B2B technology or digital services environments.
- Ability to understand and communicate solutions in mobile app development, web technologies, JavaScript stacks, AI automation, cloud infrastructure, and game development.
