Role Description
The Fusion Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing payroll requirements and Implementing for India and KSA legislations. Requires expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll modules,



and supporting end-to-end payroll processes for client implementations and enhancements. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, participate in workshops, perform system testing, and support data migration activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting functional issues, preparing functional documentation, training users, and ensuring payroll configurations comply with relevant policies and regulations. The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement by recommending best practices and leveraging Rite’s tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, including configuration, testing, and support of payroll processes.
