Role Description
The Events & Decor Manager is a full-time,



on-site role based at Palm Green Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events such as weddings, corporate meetings, social gatherings, and private celebrations, ensuring that each event aligns with client requirements and hotel standards. The Events & Decor Manager will design and oversee décor themes, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics including set-up and breakdown, and collaborate with catering, front office, and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Daily responsibilities include client consultations, budget management, scheduling, quality checks on décor and event spaces, and problem-solving during events. The role also involves maintaining decor inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and brand guidelines, and contributing ideas to enhance the hotel’s event offerings.
