Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Freelance Recruiter at Straffing AI. The Freelance Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting role briefs, sourcing candidates across platforms, and conducting initial screenings and assessments.



The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for executive and hard-to-fill roles, coordinating interviews. The recruiter will collaborate closely with Straffing AI consultants to align search strategies with client workforce architecture and culture goals, while using AI-enabled tools to support bias-aware shortlisting and data-driven hiring decisions. The position requires proactive communication with candidates and clients, accurate documentation in recruitment systems, and consistent delivery against agreed hiring KPIs and timelines.

Essentials
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including job brief creation, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for diverse functions and levels.
- This is a contingency based role with compensation tied directly to successful placements.
- Skills in executive search and hard-to-find talent identification, with the ability to build and nurture targeted talent pipelines across geographies.
