Role Description
The Area Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing branch operations and performance within the assigned area. This role includes managing and mentoring branch teams, monitoring loan portfolios,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Area Manager will drive business growth by planning and executing outreach activities, supporting customer acquisition, and promoting financial products tailored to local communities. Daily responsibilities include reviewing branch targets, analyzing performance reports, conducting field visits, and ensuring high standards of customer service and risk management. The role also requires close coordination with regional leadership, participation in audits, and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.
