Purpose/Objective

The Business Head - Lounges will be responsible for country operations, he/she is the key driver in expanding the business to current and existing locations, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships in the best interests of the business and company.
The role will work to maximize operating performance, including achieving financial goals and driving each team to reach their full potential in various areas.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Talent & Culture - To create a high-performance culture by ensuring that business and individual objectives are set, understood and cascaded appropriately.
- To establish an excellent internal communication system through regular and transparent communication as well as cross-functional collaboration to maximize synergies.

develop and engage a talented workforce that supports the strategic and future needs of the business and drives for efficiency and improves effectiveness Operational - Develops effective best practice work and business procedures for Adani Group - Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals, identifying ways to support this mission through talent management.
- Identifies and executes key performance indicators for the organization on commercial, operations, finance, human resource, etc.
to ensure relevant KPIs are executed and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
- Understanding of operational departments [Guest Services, Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Customer Engagement, Quality Assurance, etc.
] and work with country and local leadership to ensure it is functioning in line with the standards set by partners and HQ.
- Ensures corporate policies and procedures are being utilized and recommends improvements.
- Drives the overall business using technology to improve efficiency and achieve maximum operational efficiencies including but not limited to automation and optimization.
