Role Description
- Generate and enter ATBs in Strata after planner approval.
- Reconcile billing rollups with planned budgets and investigate variances.
- Ensure budget trackers align with Strata and NetSuite for billing approvals.
- Maintain plan data, budget updates, and actualizations in Guideline, Strata, DOMedia, and Innova.
- Update flowcharts with actuals, reallocations, and YoY comparisons.




- Refresh client store lists with internal teams and vendors.
- Manage the creative tracker and maintain accurate Novus line items.
- Maintain weekly budget trackers and financial reports across multiple markets.
- Validate billing totals, flag discrepancies, and enter offline actuals.
- Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, highlighting over/underperforming campaigns.
- Maintain SOPs, QA checklists, and escalate exceptions when required.

What You Bring
- 5-7 years in media operations, ad operations, media billing, or agency finance support, with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, template maintenance)
- Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume, deadline-bound data entry and strong written English
- Preferred: experience with Strata, Guideline, DOMedia, Innova, or NetSuite, and familiarity with US media concepts (OOH, CTV, programmatic, GRP/TRP, DMA)
