Your job is to develop materials and manufacturing processes together with our material suppliers and create the relevant specifications and standards . In this context , you support the definition of Metal Technology strategy , principles and concepts . You ensure the material availability and safety with the technical qualification process and master difficult requirements in a challenging environment .

Job Description
The detailed responsibilities will be :
To develop and harmonize mature and robust materials and process specifications for Metallic Technology
To generate and provide engineering metallic material and process data allowable . You
define , specify and validate manufacturing processes to ensure correct , mature materials and manufacturing
To provide your metal technology expertise towards Programs , CoE , Procurement , Quality , Customer Service and projects ( plateau , Multifunctional Teams ) during aircraft development and service
To evaluate material related deviations from definition documents and support failure analysis for test cell , manufacturing and in service issues
To oversee the complete material value chain from materials origin until recycling
Practice project management by providing weekly / monthly reports , schedule , risk mitigation & monitoring the qualification activities
