Job description:

. Greet customers warmly and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.

· Conduct a thorough vehicle check & provide expert advice on recommended repairs, maintenance, and cost estimates.

· Prepare the Jobcard based on the customer-voice

· Allocate the job to the technicians & monitor the progress to ensure timely completion of the repair job.

· Issue parts to the technician based on the repair job.

· Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts.

· Update & manage the inventory system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications: Min XII / Diploma

Experience: Min 2 Years of Experience in an Automobile Workshop

Timings: 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
