As a Field Sales Executive at MyOPD, you will be the face of our product in the field. Your primary responsibility is to identify, approach, and close sales with hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in your assigned territory. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role. You will work directly with decision-makers (doctors and hospital administrators) and will be supported end-to-end by the MyOPD product and technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and map hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in your assigned territory that could benefit from MyOPD
2. Meet doctors and hospital administrators in person, understand their operational challenges, and present MyOPD as the right solution
3. Register prospects in the MyOPD system before initiating any quote or negotiation
4. Coordinate with the MyOPD team for product demonstrations, technical queries, and deal closure support
5. Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to payment collection
6. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers for AMC renewals and referrals
7.



Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records and share weekly field reports with the reporting manager
8. Represent the MyOPD brand professionally at every customer interaction

What This Role Does NOT Involve:
- Providing technical support, software training, or post-sale implementation. MyOPD's technical team handles all of this.
- Approaching or engaging prospects already assigned to another sales team member. Always coordinate with your reporting manager before pursuing leads outside your assigned territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have:
- Graduate in any stream
- 0 - 3 years of field sales experience (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital/healthcare services, software product, or hardware & networking sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory on a daily basis
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own
