Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical landscape. You will take ownership of both frontend and backend development, bridging the gap between elegant user interfaces and robust, scalable backend systems. This is a highly cooperative role where you will mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and work directly with product stakeholders to turn complex requirements into seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities





● End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using React and Python.

● Architecture & Design: Architect clean, cloud-native applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration across all layers.

● API Engineering: Design, build, and optimize secure and performant RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

● Database Management: Model, implement, and optimize data schemas across both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).

● Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage modern cloud platforms to deploy, monitor, and scale applications, championing infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD best practices.

● Code Quality & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews, write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and mentor mid-level/junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
