Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Sourcing & Procurement:
- Order Placement: Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs) timely and accurately via ERP systems.
- Market Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers capable of meeting material specifications and delivery timelines. •Commercial Negotiation: Obtain competitive quotations, analyze price structures, and negotiate favorable commercial terms, payment schedules, and discount structures.

2. Vendor & Relationship Management:

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on key metrics such as on-time delivery, quality consistency, and pricing competitiveness.

Risk Mitigation:



Develop and maintain relationships with secondary or alternate vendors to mitigate supply chain disruption risks.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve vendor disputes, delivery delays, or billing discrepancies.

3. Inventory Control & Coordination:

Stock Optimization: Collaborate closely with warehouse and production teams to monitor stock levels, ensuring zero production downtime without overstocking.

Demand Analysis: Track raw material consumption patterns to assist in forecasting future procurement needs.

4. Quality & Compliance:

Standard Enforcement: Ensure all procured materials align with the companys internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines

Defect Management: Coordinate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) teams to manage material rejections, returns, and vendor credit notes.

5. Reporting & Analytics
- MIS Maintenance: Compile and maintain detailed procurement records, market trend analysis, and price fluctuatio
