REPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an active participant and lead day-to-day Scrum activities of the team as needed including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.




- Review and evaluate business requirements in the form of user stories; lead work breakdown and estimation of tasks based on requirements; provide alternative solutions and negotiate with Product Management.
- Own small to mid-sized engineering/QA projects or product areas.
- Lead technical projects; define and oversee test automation and quality delivery for your squad.
- Develop high-quality code; contribute to development standards by setting new patterns and best practices.
- Write architecture and design documentation for test frameworks and quality plans as needed.
- Review teammates' work to ensure quality and adherence to system architecture and best practices; identify where recent designs will require architectural or testability changes.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce customer-found issues in a timely manner.
