Job Overview

This is a remote position focused on generating qualified leads and initiating conversations with U.S. attorneys and law firms.

You will not be responsible for closing sales. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, follow up consistently, and schedule meetings for our founder.

Key Responsibilities
- Research U.S. law firms that match our target practice areas.
- Identify decision-makers (Managing Partners, Firm Owners,



Office Managers, Operations Managers).
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists.
- Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn connection requests.
- Conduct follow-up outreach through email and LinkedIn.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain outreach records using a CRM or spreadsheet.
- Track outreach metrics and provide weekly reports.
- Suggest improvements to outreach campaigns based on response rates.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar outreach tools is preferred.
- Ability to research companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
