Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

● Coordinate with sales, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely issue resolution.

● Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

● Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

● Prepare customer reports, MIS, and performance updates for management review.





● Support customer onboarding and provide product/service information as required.

● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through effective customer engagement.

● Ensure adherence to service standards and contribute towards improving customer satisfaction metrics.

Mandatory Skills

● 2–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or related roles.

● Fluency in Tamil, English, and Telugu is mandatory.

● Any Graduate.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

● Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
