Senior Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Purchase Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and technically sound professionals to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be assigned either to Technical Sales or Technical Purchase based on experience, technical knowledge, and organizational requirements.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of Electrical/Electronics products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand technical specifications and customer/vendor requirements.

Role 1: Senior Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, customer meetings, online platforms, and networking.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals.
- Participate in GeM tenders, e-tendering, and government procurement activities.
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs,



and internal teams for technical clarifications.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Follow up for order execution, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Role 2: Technical Purchase Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Source Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Automation products from OEMs, manufacturers, and authorized distributors.
- Identify new suppliers and develop alternative sources for critical products.
- Obtain and compare technical and commercial quotations from multiple vendors.
- Evaluate supplier capability, product quality, pricing, delivery schedule, and warranty.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement.
