You'll contribute to a variety of video and audio-based tasks. Some projects may involve acting short scripts in different tones or emotional styles.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Bengali
- *Strong vocal expression and emotional range*
- *Quiet, distraction-free recording environment*




- *1080P camera with video capabilities*
- *Any prior experience or comfort speaking on camera*

Nice to Haves:
- Theater, improv, or acting background
- Classical vocal training or public speaking experience
- Professional-grade mic and/or video setup

What You'll Do:
- Record short video and/or audio clips
- Listen and capture in text various video and/or audio clips

Payment:
- Project work: Earn
up to USD $7.50 per hour
for core project work
- Additional incentives: On average, Outlier Contributors
earn an additional 7.5%
on top of the core project rates through Missions — Outlier's version of surge pricing.
The top quartile of contributors boost their earnings by an average of 11%.
