Job Description
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting project and business data to support management decision-making. The role requires robust expertise in MS Excel, data management, reporting, dashboard preparation, and coordination with various departments for timely and accurate information.

Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and maintain project, operational, and business-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Generate management reports and performance dashboards.
- Consolidate data received from various departments and project sites.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data records.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management review.
- Prepare client-specific reports as per contractual requirements.





Excel & Database Management
- Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS trackers and dashboards.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
- Maintain project databases and ensure timely updates.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators.
- Generate automated reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Project Coordination Support
- Coordinate with Survey, GIS, Liaison, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for data collection.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
- Maintain records of work orders, invoices, project progress, and client communications.
- Support management in project planning and resource allocation through data analysis.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain digital records and project documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving
