We are looking for Stores - Executive for factory at Dighi near to Alandi Bhosari Road

Preference to those who are handling Stores .
- KRA/ Accountabilities Major Activities /Job Description in Particular KRA1Indent/purchase / GRN /production issue receipt/ Production Receipt/import Receipt
- Verification & Checking of each item in Sales Order/BOM , If any query persist inform to the concern person
local & Import item Indent to be raised & Delivery schedule to be planned.
Before Significant check indent; availibilty of Stock.Then to place indent and forwad the data to Purchase and production Team.
- 2 GRN & QCTo check Material and prepare GRN received material & issue to QC dept After GRN handover all material to QC DEPT for inspectionAfter QC kept the item as per location and inform to prodcution and concern person
- 3 Store ActivityIf any item is rejected return the said item to purchase dept.followup with purchase for pending material After GRN material is stored with proper Coading.



Storing & Maintaing the material in clean area for easily identification Stored material with warehouse codeing Maintaining the Running Item stockUse FIFO method for material issuing
- 4 Material issueIssue the material to production physically and erp Issue material as per sales order Handover all material to logistic for further process.
- 5 Production Receipt After Confirmation of production make the Dynalog Finish Goods receipt
- 6 Forward GRN & Stock Stement to Finance Forward all invoice import and local to HOD for approval.Tracking all records for pending invoice & same is Follow-up personally with QC , once it is oked it is further forwarded to HOD & Account.Taking the Acknowledgement receipt from finance by email.Forward Monthly Stock Stment to Finance
- 7 Stock taking Physical stock checking on day to day as well Half yearly and yearly basisMaintain the stores as per ISO standards for ISO Audit purposeWorned & Phase out / damaged / hazardous items are kept seperat
