Job Overview

Contributes to the development of organizational strategy, and supports in implementation of operational plans.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and manage the complete product development life cycle (from voice of customer, ideation, Design Conceptualization, Creation of product specifications, 3D designs, Prototyping, Serial tool build, Product testing, Product qualification, Project Execution Sustenance till product end of life) HV Connectors Terminals, HV relays, Charge Inlets and high voltage cable assemblies for automotive applications
- Identify and execute on expanding our product portfolio in key strategic areas through recent technologies.
- Interfaces with customers in the development of specifications and technical refinements, which can be used to direct the development of recent products or improvements to existing product.




- Build a deep understanding of market and customer needs by fostering a connection between the product engineering team and application engineering team.
- Introduce breakthrough technologies by partnering technically with our customers and with our TE Global competency centers to enhance business revenue growth. Apply engineering best practice to reduce cost and sustain exiting products to meet customers cost targets.
- Travel to customer sites, gather VOC, perform testing, and/or perform troubleshooting activities.
- Performing design reviews and pre-validation assessments to ensure the safe and environmentally sound processes and designs
- Lead technical discussion and decision making with cross functional team
- To be a team member with the rest of the Functional and Operational Areas to assure the Campus Objectives
