Workday Studio Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Studio Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and Workday Reporting. Experience with payroll integrations and Workday APIs will be an added advantage. These skills are commonly expected for Workday Integration roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio.
- Build and support EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect integrations.
- Work with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.
- Develop Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, and integration reports.




- Troubleshoot production integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of Workday Integration/Studio experience.
- Robust knowledge of Workday Studio.
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services.
- Hands-on with SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM and integration architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
