The Compliance & Technology Analyst job performs routine ethics and compliance activities that support the deployment of compliance framework programs in assigned businesses or functions. Under close supervision, this job implements standard compliance programs and activities that are risk based, aligned with business needs and consistent with benchmarking and regulatory requirements and expectations.
Key Accountabilities
- PROGRAM DEPLOYMENT: Partners to implement the defined global compliance framework activities and program updates to support effective programs in businesses and functions.
- COMMUNICATION: Partners to deliver ethics and compliance standards and procedures through established training programs and communication channels.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Responds to routine inquiries from employees and internal partners regarding regulatory and program requirements by following established guidance.
- PROCESS AUTOMATION & CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT: Support the design, development,
and deployment of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies. Contribute directly to automation initiatives within the Compliance function using tools such as Power Automate (RPA) and other low-code/no-code platforms to optimize compliance workflows.
- Data Analysis & Advanced Dashboards: Collaborate in the development of energetic dashboards, reports, and data insights using Power BI to support strategic decision-making and risk monitoring.
- Stakeholder Management & Technical Support: Responds to routine inquiries from employees and internal partners regarding regulatory requirements. Help monitor adherence to organizational standards of conduct across stakeholders, handles routine technical or operational issues under supervision, and escalates complex challenges as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a technology field.
