Elanaurá runs three agency relationships and multiple creative streams simultaneously. Without a single internal person holding the brand standard, content quality fragments — and for a brand whose moat is education-led trust. This role exists to be the brand's voice in every room where content is being made.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Agency Quality Control (Agency A + Agency B)*
• Review all creatives from Agency A (daily posts, reels) and Agency B (ad creatives) before publication or spend
• Evaluate every piece against the 5-Beat Script Framework and content manual standards
• Provide structured written feedback — not vague corrections, specific rewrites where needed
• Brief agencies with full scripts and directional notes, not loose topics
• Flag and escalate any messaging that uses banned language or violates brand philosophy
*UGC Creative Direction*
• Receive approved UGC creator profiles from the outreach executive and write full creative briefs
• Define hook, visual direction, product placement, and key insight for each UGC piece
• Review UGC output before it is approved for posting or passed to Agency C for ad use
• Coordinate with Agency C — communicate which UGC creatives are ready for performance testing and why
*Content Creation*
• Producing creatives - reels, statics and stories with brand vision
• Identify what is working, what violates brand standards, and provide specific correction
