Location: Client Site Mumbai

Position: Implant IT Recruitment Lead - RPO
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Joining: Immediate

6 days work from office

Key Responsibilities:
- Work from the clients office as a dedicated recruiter.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (permanent).
- Coordinate closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Handling Team.
- Ensure seamless Salary Negotiation, onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment (staffing or consulting firm preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working at client site or in an RPO model is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
