This job is provided by apna.co Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller – Debt Recovery to handle customer and client calls for payment follow-up and recovery. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection of dues.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/clients regarding pending payments.
Follow up regularly on outstanding dues and payment commitments.
Communicate professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Negotiate and coordinate with customers for payment recovery.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment status.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Escalate unresolved or delayed payment cases to the concerned team.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and account-related issues.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Debt Recovery / Collections / Payment Follow-up.
Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Banking, Fintech, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
computer knowledge related to v lookup, pivot table.
Target-oriented and persistent in follow-ups.
