We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Professional to manage inventory, logistics, and day-to-day warehouse operations for skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products. The role ensures productive stock handling, order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
- Handle inward and outward logistics, order processing, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for skincare and cosmetic products (temperature, hygiene, safety).
- Monitor product quality, shelf life, and batch tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Implement SOPs for warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports on inventory, dispatch, and operational performance.
