Role Description
The Event Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, marketing activities, and weddings. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, assisting with venue setup and breakdown,



managing guest interactions, and helping ensure timelines and checklists are followed. The Event Associate will work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to support event operations, including manpower deployment, transfers, and on-ground support. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing guest queries, supporting registration and crowd management, and helping resolve operational issues in real time. The Event Associate is expected to uphold the company’s commitment to seamless, high-quality event experiences and contribute to continuous improvement in processes.

Key Responsibilities


Production Management

– Run the wedding site from recce to pack-up — venue walkthroughs, vendor coordination, setup checks, show-flow timelines, and on-ground problem-solving when the schedule slips.
