- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in home loans, financial services, or sales channel management.
- Experience with DST or distribution channels is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, processes, and the regulatory setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide solutions to improve sales performance.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team or partner network.
