- Construction Supervision Site Execution Monitoring Oversee day-to-day site progress to ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor contractors activities, manpower, equipment deployment, and work methods.
- Inspect critical activities such as foundations, concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
- Ensure site issues are immediately highlighted and corrective measures are implemented.
- Verify compliance of construction materials with approved material submittals.
- Quality Assurance Quality Control Ensure all works meet IS Codes, industry standards, and client quality requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective actions.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and checklists.
- Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material tests such as concrete, steel, soil, etc.
- Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, test results, and quality records.




- Coordination Communication Act as the primary technical interface between the Client, Consultants, Contractors, and PMC teams.
- Conduct coordination meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure issues are resolved in time.
- Communicate design clarifications, site instructions, and technical approvals as per project protocols.
- Support project managers with engineering inputs for planning, billing verification, and progress monitoring.
- Safety Compliance Site Risk Management Ensure that all construction activities follow safety norms and comply with statutory regulations.
- Monitor the contractor's adherence to safety plans, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Participate in site safety audits and toolbox talks.
