About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, documenting, and driving the implementation of our strategic Target Operating Model (TOM). You will bridge the gap between cyber security program strategies and engineering delivery teams, ensuring robust technical risk controls are successfully built and managed across a complex banking workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with core business stakeholders to define the Operations Target Operating Model (TOM) and deliver transparent business outcomes.
- Capture, analyze, and document complex technical and business requirements, maintaining end-to-end traceability via an RTM throughout the lifecycle.
- Map business processes to existing service architectures, designing efficient AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using MS Visio or Lucidchart.
- Translate finalized system solutions into features, epics, use cases,



and well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria using the INVEST framework.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint backlogs, prioritizing value, and driving release planning pipelines.
- Coordinate directly with QA and engineering teams to facilitate High-Level Checklist (HLC) reviews, design user test plans, and manage UAT phases for faultless production deployment.
- Capture, track, and escalate cross-functional program dependencies, system interface risks, and technical blockers to senior management forums.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Total Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years purely operating as a Business Analyst/Solution Analyst.
- Domain Expertise: Proven background working within the Banking, Financial Services, or Broking industry (BFSI).
- Methodologies & Tools: Excellent practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe) alongside hands-on mastery of Jira, Confluence,
